Challenge
BT Align was contacted by a leading Law Firm with multiple offices throughout Southwest Florida regarding concerns with their current IT service provider. Initially attempted to request quotes from alternative providers but soon realized they didn’t know the proper selection criteria.
Solution
- Met with the managing partner of the firm to understand their concerns and goals for the outsourcing of IT services
- Completed an assessment of the current infrastructure and documented for future use
- Developed an RFP, and managed all responses by IT service providers
- Worked with managing partner and IT committee to explain differences between the provided solutions
Results
Migration to chosen IT service provider resulted in the reduction of risk and improvement of service levels.
