BT Align was contacted by a client who was not fully satisfied with the services performed by the current service provider due to projects being delayed and erratic expenditures. They requested an independent assessment of the services being provided by their IT provider.


  1. The BT Align team conducted a contract review and detailed assessment of all IT services being provided
  2. Numerous security risks and service delivery performance gaps were identified
  3. The BT Align team then managed the current service provider to ensure proper remediation


The immediate security concerns have now been addressed thus protecting against any immediate threats. The IT service provider now has a roadmap for future enhancements to be made.
